Eve of San Juan 13th of June
Splendid firework displays lighting up the night of June 13th is a special way to celebrate the summer solstice on the evening of San juan. Corpus Christi is held to honour Christ’s presence. This festival is held in either may or June depending upon the dates of Easter. A procession is carried out and the streets of the town are carpeted with greenery. In some regions in Spain this festival is clubbed with the organization of annual fairs.
