The two Bishop’s Palaces known as Palacio Episcopal are located just directly across the ancient cathedral in Malaga. There are two palaces dating back to 16th and the 18th century respectively. The façade of the palace contains a baroque design which is constructed using differently colored marbles.
The interiors consist of a patio resting on beautiful columns and a beautifully designed staircase takes you to the second floor. The patio on the first floor is linked to an intricately designed exterior patio depicting figures from the 18th century. The third floor is used for housing the bishop and his staff while the first two floors are used for organizing large exhibitions.
